Refund Policy

Once the plagiarism removal or checking service has been successfully delivered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Our services are non-returnable and non-exchangeable as they are customized, digital services.

2. Duplicate Payment

If a user is charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification. Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof (transaction ID, screenshots, etc.).

3. Service Not Delivered

If you have paid for a service but did not receive any response or delivery from our team within the promised timeline, and no communication has been made from your end after payment, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund after investigation.

4. Service Delay

We strive to deliver services on time. However, delays caused by technical issues, lack of communication, or delayed submission of necessary documents by the user will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.

5. Misuse of Services

If any misuse of our services is detected (such as attempts to pass off our suggestions as original content in violation of academic policies), we reserve the right to deny a refund and block access to our services.

6. Cancellation Policy

If a user chooses to cancel a service before we begin processing their request, they may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the extent of work already completed. Once the service is in progress, cancellations are not accepted.
